DaVita is looking for a Registered Dietitian (RD) to help educate our patients and their families in the Indianapolis, IN area!
What you can expect:
Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.Analyze lab-work results to educate patients and their families on what to eat based on their individualized needs and careEvaluate comprehensive nutrition assessments and reassessments consistent with CMS regulations.Assess on-going nutritional status to determine appropriate nutrition interventions and recommendations.Performance-based rewards based on stellar individual and team contributions.After hire and training, successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% requiredWhat we look for:
State licensure as required by the State of IndianaBachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required12 months of Clinical Dietitian experience – previous renal/dialysis experience not required!Flexible scheduling Monday through Friday (8am-5pm) – no weekends or holidays!Full Time Schedule – 32-40 hours per weekComfortable traveling within the Greater Indianapolis area when neededProficient computer skills and comfortable working with Microsoft Office ProgramsWhat we'll provide:
