Summary: 

National Veterinary Associates seeks a Digital Experience Specialist for our Website Platform. The position will primarily be responsible for building websites and creating content for our animal hospitals and pet resorts. In addition, the position requires graphic design, client interaction, reporting and handling service tickets. Some implementation of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, light front-end website coding and management of other third-party tools will also be required as needed.  

A successful candidate will be an excellent creative and technical problem-solver who takes initiative to come up with solutions in a high velocity environment. Excellent communication and organization skills as well as attention to detail is key to success. A strong interest in technology for the web is desired. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

Website Production Organize, manage and produce websites on our custom platform Implement appropriate 3rd-party technologies Perform Quality Assurance testing on websites Conduct domain name transfers and configuration Communicate with stakeholders and produce reports as needed  Asset Management Collect and curate photography and graphics from various sources Collect and curate digital documents for online distribution  Content Management & Creation Utilize enterprise content library or produce suitable content Create local marketing copy to supplement enterprise content library Proofread content and assist team-members in production tasks Project Management Communicate and distribute project information to relevant stakeholders Manage a project calendar and prioritize tasks as needed Present and escalate relevant data or issues as they arise Collaborate with in-house team members and agency partners 

 

Position Details 

Full-time, regular weekday schedule, 40+ hours per week 

Flexible schedule, fully remote  

Qualifications: 

Excellent oral and written communications skills over email, phone and chat 

Strong project management skills, adept at self-organizing, meeting deadlines and multi-tasking 

Interest in specializing in one of the following: Responsive design for web & mobile, Support ticket triage/customer service, domain name acquisition and transfer, Google Tag Manager/Yext/Google Analytics configuration 

Comfort with word, spreadsheet and image processing software such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator 

Familiar with responsive design methods and HTML, CSS and JavaScript 

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment 

Goal-oriented, results-driven and collaborative surfacing creative solutions to issues as they arise  

Curious, active listener, attentive, self-motivated and pragmatic 

Interested in being a part of a servant leadership approach
