Position SummarySenior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervisionAbility to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinkingStrong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutionsStrong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teamsWillingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams

The Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor/Absence Management Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle’s Fusion solution. As the Senior Consultant, you will work with your clients to understand their business processes, provide solutions based on product and consultative expertise, and drive adoption of Oracle’s modern best practices processes.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Lead business process workshops and advise the client on the impacts of adopting the Oracle Cloud T&L solutionLead requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining relevant processes and obtain sign off to ensure client alignment of the proposed solutionUnderstand Oracle’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagementsConfigure the Oracle HCM Cloud T&L solutionConduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solutionSupport the client during all phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go-liveSupporting the data migration consulting team and/or client with any data migration effortsAssist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutionsComplete the client work on time and budgetMentor and review the work of junior team members

Knowledge Base / Skills

Must have full life cycle implementation of at least two Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor and Absence Management implementationsPrevious consulting experience with a consulting/software company a plusExperience in implementing HCM SaaS applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBusiness analysis and requirements gathering abilitiesExperience with multiple HCM modules a plusAbility to travel as needed (primarily within North America)

The estimated base salary range for this job is $115,000 - $140,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $128,800 - $165,200. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
