Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment | Fits, aligns, calibrates and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements; repairs units or products that have failed to meet requirements
Major Position Responsibilities Oversees production line to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts in a manufacturing setting. Develops standard manufacturing procedures to meet product specifications and production targets. Plans and assigns production resources and workers to maintain desired output levels. Reviews daily assembly production records to identify trends or potential performance issues. Adjusts teams and resources to maintain the required production rate. Monitors quality metrics to spot problems with materials, designs, or work processes.Leads and directs the work of other employees and has some responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & General Managers.

Basic Qualifications
Required Education: Associates Degree and 8-10 years experience or Equivalent combination of relevant education &or experience

Computer skills: To perform job successfully, should have knowledge of word processing software; Spreadsheet software; Accounting software;inventory software; Internet software; project management and database software. No certifications required
