Saviynt is looking for an outstanding and dynamic leader to drive and scale our CI program and help foster our rapid growth. This is a key role in our Industry and Analyst Relations team working closely with Sales/Pre-Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams. To be successful in this role, you will need at least 7 years of prior CI or Product Management or Product Marketing experience and a strong command in Identity and Access Management space, particularly in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). You would have set up a CI program in the past and driven it. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Saviynt, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $205,000 to $225,000 annually.
