Director, Integrated Investment (Digital and Linear)

We’re focused on driving the maximum value for our people, our capabilities and our media investments for some of the world’s leading brands. **Overview** The Director of Digital and Linear Investment is tasked with fostering relationships with the team, clients, and the marketplace, ensuring effective investment distribution across digital and linear platforms. This leadership role involves contributing to digital and linear strategy, establishing strong client relationships at all levels, and managing, leading, and developing the internal team. Additionally, the Director plays an active, hands-on role in completing digital and linear plans. **Responsibilities** + Leverage marketplace knowledge to deliver best in class digital and linear campaigns + Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client business and competitive streaming landscape + Maintain national video buys across broadcast, cable and unwired tv, as well as VOD and OLV. + Oversee training and skill development of Assistants, Planners, Supervisors, and Associate Directors by managing workload, delegating responsibilities and checking work for accuracy. + Develop standard processes + Ensure the team delivers sound strategic plan recommendations based on clear understanding of client objectives + Attend all client media briefings and actively contribute to the development of digital and linear strategies; partner with strategy team on tactical presentations, recommendations, and budget allocations + Attend all media plan presentations and oversee the execution of the media buy; ensure seamless execution against stated objectives, within budget and timing parameters + Oversee weekly reporting and pacing reports; Guide Post Campaign Analyses with clear recommendations for future campaign optimizations + Oversee partner invoices and media reconciliations; ensure accurate and timely vendor payment **Qualifications** + 8+ years of Digital Media, National TV planning and buying, and management experience in progressive levels of responsibility + Experience negotiating TV dayparts and online video + Strong leadership presence and client management skills + Familiarity with digital and linear buying process from planning to execution, including tagging and trafficking process + Digital and linear mindset/fluency and an insatiable curiosity + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment through flexibility and agility + Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills + Strategic thinker, seeing the bigger picture, with ability to think critically when solving problems to come up with unconventional solutions + Previous leadership and team management + Ability to build great relationships with clients, vendors, and reps + Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Proficiency in Office Suite - MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint + Experience with Media Ocean software (DDS, MBOX), Prisma highly preferred **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
