US CitizenLocated in Washington DC Metro Area5+ Years leading in consulting servicesAn entrepreneurial desire to build a businessDemonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving client issuesExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skillsStrong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversityProven team player and team builderStrong organizational and analytical skillsExperience working with Human Center DesignA degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting and project managementPMP, Scrum Master certification preferredFederal Clearance Prefered (Ability get one is required)About steampunk
