Reporting to the Vice President of Clinical Integration and Strategy, the Director will play a strong role in leadership and design of a successful value-based care platform. Responsible for oversight in the development of enhanced standardized practices for quality and risk management. **Job Requirements** **Minimum Education Requirement :** Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, business or related field preferred. **Minimum Experience Requirement :** Ten (10) or more years of extensive experience in healthcare administration position in an independent medical group environment. Extensive experience in design and implementation of strategies for value-based care. Leadership experience collaborating with senior leadership and all levels of healthcare providers. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement. Experience serving as a change agent to implement best practice solutions to improve operational processes. Understanding of risk management processes, reporting instruments, metrics, dashboard design. Familiarity with claims and encounter data processes. In-depth knowledge of HCC models V24 and V28. Strong project management skills, a keen understanding of healthcare quality metrics such as HEDIS, STARS,ICD-10, HCC/RAF, and a proficiency in analytic reporting required. **Minimum License Requirement :** CPC, CRC and project management certifications highly preferred Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.
