Responsible in the planning, development, operational, marketing/sales, financial and staff activities of the Endoscopy Department. Comply with organization, department and regulatory standards. Manages the operations of the facility. Plans the management of facility staff. Ensure sound fiscal operations.  Assists with and develop and implement philosophies and policies for the facility. Develops, implements and monitor quality control and performance improvement activities.  Strong leadership and management skills required. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.  Additional responsibilities include hiring and supervising employees, assigning work, coaching, evaluating performance and completing corrective actions.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS:

Licensed Registered Nurse required. At least 3 years experience in the Endoscopy environment. Basic Life Support certification required.
