The Director of Federal Sales sells enterprise video software solutions directly to federal agencies. This role will seek out and develop new business and drive sales opportunities. Software SaaS sales experience is a critical requirement of this opportunity. This is an individual contributor\/ hunter role. \n

Location: This position is HYBRID. Applicant must live in the Washington DC Metro Area and be able to commute to our Herndon, VA office when needed. \n

What you'll do:\n

Develop and execute on a comprehensive Federal go to market plan\n

Work with partner ecosystem and business development consultants to drive federal sales, including working with partners to target agencies with specific use cases where our platform can demonstrate value\n

Provide accurate and timely reporting of pipeline, account plans, and activities through Salesforce.\n

Effectively demonstrate the software solution, and articulate the value proposition of the enterprise video solution to federal agencies \n

Identify key agency stakeholders, business partners and account alliances designed to produce sales opportunities \n

Utilize knowledge of government requirements and contracting mechanisms to determine and position value-added solutions \n

Understand the competition in the marketplace and effectively differentiate Vbrick's unique capabilities and value proposition \n
\n

What you'll bring:\n

10+ years of software sales experience\n

8+ years Sales experience across the federal market\n

Experience selling to ServiceNow is highly preferred \n

Experience with AWS Government Cloud\n

Marketing and lead generation knowledge in the government space\n

Complete understanding of government contracting and procurement practices\n

Experience running a complex sales process from start to finish while including relevant stakeholders \n

Demonstrated proficiency in developing Strategic Account Plans, and a track record for achieving sales quotas.\n

Strong client focus, relationship building and presentation skills \n

Ability to influence others including senior level and C-suite\n

Technology savvy to learn how to demonstrate our products effectively to prospects \u00b7 \n
