Responsible for driving revenue and maintaining accountability for set goals and objectives within his/her assigned region. Develops a new business sales team by providing leadership, direction, mentorship and training. Guides the team to identify business opportunities and recommends workable solutions that meet the needs of the customer.

Responsibilities Develop and execute both short- and long-range sales plans and programs in conjunction with Senior Management and direct reports, to ensure the profitability and growth of the company's offeringsFormulate and recommend plans, policies, goals and objectives for the organization's sales activities to expand market share in existing markets and capture new markets.Leads, mentors and motivates sales professionals  Evaluate software and business partners to support and improve sales force effectivenessMust demonstrate propensity for developing Account Executives – proof sourced and methodologyUnderstanding of complex pricing and financial modelsOversees and participates in the preparation and presentation of professional proposals/service solutions Build, develop and nurture customer and internal relationships, gaining support to win opportunitiesMaintains high end industry knowledge and networks with appropriate partners to help further the region’s sales effortsDevelop and recommend pricing strategiesAssure that market and competitive intelligence is received and socialized for analysis in a timely fashion to capitalize on current market conditions affecting the company’s servicesNegotiate and finalize new client and renewal contract agreementsEffectively manages daily, weekly and monthly sales activityAttain and exceed revenue and profit objectivesCommunication to senior management of goals, success, strategies and financial performancePerform timely employee performance evaluation as prescribed by corporate guidelines.Performs other duties as requested by the Regional Vice President, SalesAbility to travel locally, regionally and nationallyExtensive experience conducting effective prospect client meetings in person and virtuallyMental qualifications include ability to perform all responsibilities efficiently and effectivelyGood organizational skills Qualifications Bachelor’s DegreeMaster’s Degree PreferredAt least 15 years in sales & at least 7 years in sales management/leadershipExperience in an industry offering technology solutions, complex business to business solutions and long sales cyclesTrack record of success with multi-million dollar, long sales cycle dealsExceeded team revenue and activity targets consistentlyKnowledge of sales and leadership strategiesProficient in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointFamiliar with Teams and/or like video conferencing technologiesAbility to handle difficult clients, employees and situationsAbility to manage several projects simultaneouslyAbility to manage under tight and often unreasonable deadlinesAbility to understand visual processes, interpret data and translate into written wordAbility to work varied hoursAdvanced ability to ensure that quality and production standards are metAdvanced ability to motivate, coach and train CBPS staffSuperior customer service skills, professional attitude and appearanceAdvanced organizational, administrative, record keeping and time management skills.Creative thinking and performanceClear status on criminal background checkExcellent presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of current industry standards in three or more of the following: mail, copy, fax, reception and related servicesStrong team approach to businessSuccessful history in motivating and managing staffAbility to provide direction to exempt employees Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
