POSITION STANDARDS
Bachelors degree in Education, Organizational Development or related field preferred.
RN degree required.
Five years of experience in applicable area
Human resource, management or leadership experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with all levels of staff
Demonstrated skills in team leadership (coaching and mentoring), teaching and leading educational initiatives using adult and young adult learning practices.
Demonstrated commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging principles and behaviors
Strong organizational skills, self-starting initiatives, and high belief in the change process.

PART TWO: FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Position Objective Responsible for the leadership and management of the nursing team of the assisted living community. Directs and monitors clinical services and fiscal activities for Harvest Hill to ensure quality and consistency with nursing standards. Actively promotes the organization’s Mission, Philosophies and Values in all daily interactions. Develops and maintains positive interactive partnerships with the management team.
