POSITION STANDARDS Bachelors degree in Education, Organizational Development or related field preferred. RN degree required. Five years of experience in applicable area Human resource, management or leadership experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with all levels of staff Demonstrated skills in team leadership (coaching and mentoring), teaching and leading educational initiatives using adult and young adult learning practices. Position Objective Responsible for the leadership and management of the nursing team of the assisted living community. Directs and monitors clinical services and fiscal activities for Harvest Hill to ensure quality and consistency with nursing standards. Actively promotes the organization’s Mission, Philosophies and Values in all daily interactions. Develops and maintains positive interactive partnerships with the management team.
