Bonney Staffing has partnered with a local company who is a leader in safety, and how they care for their employees. This company manages and coordinates all aspects of fleet, and is looking for someone who can adhere to their strong “It can be done” approach! 

The Dispatcher position in Hampden, ME is responsible for dispatching of all loads to end users at customer’s request, taking safety into account first before dispatching any loads (preventing potential hazards), monitoring hours of service, miles traveled, and achieving fleet efficiency and maintaining the ability to track all trucks, trailers, tanks, and their whereabouts. Successful candidates must have good communication skills (written and verbal), have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, and be good at problem solving. This is a full time, 3rd shift position. 

Dispatcher Qualifications: 

High School Graduate or Equivalent

Strong literacy required

Must be able to work well under pressure 

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

Must be able to sit for long periods of time with occasional standing

Must be able to pass a drug and background check and valid DL

Must be okay with 3rd shift
 

Required Skills: 

Call center or multiple phone line experience

Dispatcher Details: 

Schedule: Thursday-Sunday 6pm-6am

Pay Rate: $22/hr

Start Date: ASAP
