Role: The Dispatcher will be responsible for communicating the customer’s needs and service histories to the field employees. They must dispatch all area technicians and maintain the database per the company’s policies and procedures. The candidate must also ensure the efficiency of the field employees and provide the proper support and communication to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

Keep dispatch boards (manual & electronic current at all times)Follow the set process flow for managing all customer requestsCommunicate the required information to the field and management per company policySupport field personnel and management on customer and company requirements as well as making sure tasks and calls are completed in an expeditious mannerTreat all customers and employees with respectData entry of service performance and information and updates to the customersSchedule in an efficient manner and with RMS supportProper purchasing and PO issuing as needed to support the marketClear all new calls and history afterwards present to the RSM for scheduling approvalVerification on IVR, check-in/out for all customers with techniciansEnsuring all technicians get the parts required to perform service Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

Extremely high level of urgency to resolve problemsStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlinesHigh level of computer skills, proficient in ExcelAbility to focus on desired resultsAbility to adapt to very fast-pace environment and deadlinesStrong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verballyWorks well in a team environmentMust demonstrate organization and prioritization skills to manage timePrevious Dispatcher experience, preferrably in the service industry

 

Physical requirements:
