_Our client is a global CDMO that is committed to developing drug products as they produce and introduce them into the market. They are seeking a_ **_Document Control Specialist_** _to join their team!_
**Shift** : Monday-Friday 1 st shift (8a-5p)
**Type** : 6-month contract
**Pay** : $18-$20/hr
**Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
+ 1–2 years of related experience in document control, administrative support, or a similar role.
+ Previous administrative experience (minimum 2 years).
+ Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate site-wide document control systems and processes to ensure integrity and regulatory compliance (FDA, OSHA, EPA, DEA, and company policies).
+ Manage and maintain documentation and records for:
+ QC records (raw material, intermediate, finished product releases).
+ Test methods, specifications, validation protocols, and reports.
+ QC calibration and qualification documents.
+ Ensure documentation is accurately indexed, filed, archived, retrieved, and issued according to company procedures.
+ Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic) and manage the offsite archiving program.
+ Maintain employee training records using the Learning Management System (LMS).
+ Provide administrative support to departments such as QA/QC, Human Resources, Maintenance, and Accounts Payable to enhance operational efficiency.
+ Support logistics for customer and regulatory audits, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, meals, and lodging as needed.
+ Manage calendars and schedules for Site Leadership Team members.
+ Serve as the primary receptionist, greeting and processing visitors promptly and professionally.
+ Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive and proprietary information.
