Greenpac Mill is looking for Dry and Wet End Operators.

Salary range for Dry/Wet End operators is starting at $30.10

Schedule Rotating twelve (12) hour shifts and a varying schedule, including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Shift hours are 6:45am - 7pm or 6:45pm - 7am

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Niagara Falls, as either the Dry or Wet End operator:

 

Has hands on operating knowledge and skill in the finishing (dry end) job category.

Follow health and safety policies and procedures and promote an incident-free environment.

Good understanding of all components and equipment functionality within the Finishing Tier.

Clean/Inspect/Detect route accountability; completes daily rounds for his or her area.

Monitors centerlines and makes corrective moves accordingly.

Has hands-on operating knowledge and skill related to Paper Making Job Category.

Follow Health, Safety Policies and Procedure and promote an incident free environment, and peer-to-peer mentorship.

Good understanding of all components and equipment functionality within the Paper Making Job Category.

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) / (CID) responsible for completing daily rounds for his or her area of responsibility.

Actively involved in process innovation and Plant optimization.

Support the production team in other area as needed (fabric change, sheet break, etc.)

Actively participate in servant leadership / lean production system

Min. 5 years of machine operating experience

MES knowledge and understanding

Minimum certification level of PT4

Good record of attendance and safety

SAP knowledge and troubleshooting

Open and willing to move teams

Outlook knowledge

Parc view knowledge a plus

Understanding of OEE calculation, KPI and LOTO knowledge for Wet End.
