The ideal candidate should possess relevant certifications, demonstrate proficiency in utilizing cardiovascular equipment, and have a comprehensive understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with medical professionals are essential. Join us in providing outstanding cardiovascular care to our patients. **Responsibilities** + The Cardiovascular Technologist will play a crucial role in assisting physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions + Perform a variety of cardiovascular tests and procedures, including electrocardiograms (ECGs), stress tests, and echocardiograms + Set up and operate diagnostic equipment to monitor and record cardiac and vascular activities of patients + Collaborate with physicians to obtain and interpret cardiovascular test results + Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures, addressing any concerns or questions they may have + Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results + Monitor and assess patients for any adverse reactions during cardiovascular testing **Qualifications** + Minimum two year degree or equivalent in physiology, anatomy, physics, mathematics and electronics required. + Must have minimum one year experience performing all cardiac and/or vascular procedures and Cardiac Cath Lab monitoring capabilities. + Graduate from an accredited school of Cardiopulmonary Technology required (provide documentation) + ARDMS + AHA BLS + Fire Safety Card required.
