In addition to other responsibilities, this position will have the opportunity to:
Monitor, evaluate and implement program quality assurance, improvement and clinical integrity through chart reviews, surveys, policy and procedure revision and other applicable means Provide input, oversight and monitoring to program activities, including development of collaborating agencies and sites for housing and health activities Assesses and provides support for staff competencies through a strength building lens Supervise daily activities of assigned staff and implementation of evidenced based modelsContribute to a work cultural that inspires team work and effective interventions for the most challenging situations Assess, develop, locate and track training needs for program staff. Monitoring program productivity, outcomes and service delivery goals Assist in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of program services, initiatives, procedures and standards.
