Key Responsibilities: + Design Modifications and Repairs: Develop and execute design modifications and repairs for electronic components, ensuring strict compliance with industry standards. + Collaborative Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to attain project goals and meet critical timelines. + Compliance Documentation: Prepare and uphold compliance documentation, with a focus on adherence to DO-254 and DO-160 standards. + Troubleshooting Expertise: Analyze and resolve issues in electronic systems and components, leveraging strong problem-solving skills. + Design Validation: Conduct simulations to validate designs, ensuring the reliability and performance of electronic systems. + Continuous Improvement Support: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing design and repair processes. Education/Experience Required: + Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (minimum). + 2-5 years of experience in electronic design, repair development, or related roles. Technical Skills: + Comprehensive understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals. + Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic systems. + Experience with simulation tools and methodologies. + Familiarity with DO-254 and DO-160 standards is highly preferred.
