Position Description

- Work scheduled hours including overtime.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, identify, repair, and resolve electronic controllers and equipment problems effectively.
- Read blueprints and electrical schematics to determine dimensions, design and materials needed for performing duties.
- Bend and Install conduit.
- Pull wire and string wire to locations and components
- Basic Assembly work
- Operate hand tools required for performing job duties.
- Able to identify routine to complex problem causation and correct problem
Qualifications:
-Must be a Trane Technologies employee, a minimum of 1 year of continuous full-time employment.
- Possesses experience and/or certification with the electrical/electronic field would be a plus.
- Employee may not have any active written warnings for performance or attendance
- Knowledge of reading wiring schematics would be a plus
- Knowledge to figure wire, conduit and box sizes would be a plus
- 70E training would be a plus.
- Knowledge of PLC controls would be a plus
- Actively practices and promotes safety.
- Must be exemplary performance in attitude, attendance, and ability.
- Committed to continuous improvement in products, services, and processes.
- Previous experience in HVAC industry preferred
