If you thrive in high-energy environments and are passionate about helping others, you’ll find a home here. **What You’ll Do** You'll support the clinical team in many hands-on ways, including: + **Transporting patients** safely via wheelchair or cart + **Assisting with mobility** and positioning needs + **Monitoring and communicating** patient needs and comfort to the RN + **Responding quickly** to call lights and patient requests + **Helping with procedures** such as collecting specimens, assisting with resuscitation, or setting up equipment + **Documenting care** accurately and promptly + **Maintaining rooms and supplies** , including restocking and quality checks + **Upholding patient dignity** , privacy, and comfort in every interaction **What You Bring** **Required Qualifications (Must have BLS certification and ONE of the following):** + Current EMT or ERT certification + Current Paramedic certification + Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the MN Registry + Enrolled in an LPN, RN, or NP program (with at least 1 completed clinical semester) + Six months of recent hands-on patient care experience (acute, long-term, or home care) + Completed Fairview’s OnTrack Nursing Assistant training program + LPN licensure **Preferred Qualifications:** + 1+ years of Emergency Department experience (EMT, ERT, paramedic, scribe, etc.) + Current experience as a CNA or NST **What Sets You Apart** We’re looking for candidates who: + Thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments + Have strong communication and teamwork skills + Know how to stay calm under pressure + Bring critical thinking and independent judgment to their role + Are ready to grow and adapt with a team that’s always learning **Why Join Fairview?** Fairview Health Services, part of **M Health Fairview** , is one of Minnesota’s most respected nonprofit healthcare systems.
