Join the Family Assistance team as am Employment Specialist.  The Employment Specialist is responsible for the development, support, and implementation of Employment Services. Employment Services works to develop employment opportunities, vocational and educational partnerships, conduct outreach, develop, and provide coaching and teaching components to support clients to successfully navigate the job search process and secure employment. This position delivers services related to Economic Self-Sufficiency; Career Resiliency & Training; and Employment Stability Coaching to individuals and families receiving case management support through participation in Catholic Charities program services. Organize, plan, and execute workforce development events as necessary for various assigned projects.
