In this role, you will provide job coaching to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities receiving employment supports through Arc of Onondaga. Goals in this position include promotion of job retention, motivation, inclusion, and career planning for people seeking employment. Requirements:\n\nAssociates Degree in Human Services or a related field preferred.\nMinimum of 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities.\nCombination of education and experience which, in the judgement of the employer, equals above standards.\nA valid NYS driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the Agency's insurance carrier.\n\n
