Job Summary

This position is with the Restaurant Technology Systems "RTS" Team at Brinker. It will be responsible for RTS related activities, Scripting, Development, Unit Testing and Support. This position will take ownership of the current RTS environment and also guide the future direction of RTS in the organization. Will work with the Business Community to gather requirements and translate that to RTS strategy for implementation. Will work concurrently on multiple projects.

Your Key Job Functions

· Develop, debug, deploy and maintain Restaurant Technology related applications.

· Support the existing RTS environment.

· Provide technical expertise in and across all technologies leveraged in the restaurant environment or across the eco-system.

· Participate in the full software development life cycle for projects.

· Translate business requirements into technical requirements and design/implementation specifications.

· Identify technical gaps and potentials.

· Drive technical discussions with both business community as well as IT peers.

· Ensures work is delivered within deadlines and budget

· Aligns work with department/ brand and corporate strategies

· Measures work to evaluate effectiveness

· Makes decisions based on organizational strategy and customers' best interests

· Identify enterprise-wide issues before implementing plans, processes, or policies

· Shows respect and sensitivity to the feelings and perspectives of all employees, regardless of background or position

What You Bring to the Team

· 5 years of working experience in support technical platforms in a customer/client-oriented service model.

· 5 years of working experience working in a technical capacity within an environment supporting hospitality, fast-casual, quick service or big/small-box retail.

· Knowledge of logical, physical technology modeling.

· Should have good trouble shooting acumen and "can do" attitude.

· Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.

· Able to manage multiple medium to large scale projects simultaneously.

· Proven analytical and problem-solving ability.

· Demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly.

· Ability to work in and contribute to a team environment.

· Work independently when required.

· Strong customer service skills.

· BA/BS or equivalent in experience, skills and training.

· Microsoft certification or Relevant Certifications for alternate product sets
