We are looking for mechanical engineers who want to be a part of our team designing and testing remote piloted aircraft. You will be rewarded with the satisfaction of seeing the designs you test go from prototypes to realized hardware in our in-house manufacturing facility and then onto the aircraft itself.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise a team of avionics test engineers.Review proposals and estimate future work.Develop environmental test plans from requirements.Flow-down requirements from the aircraft level to the individual component level.Manage and coordinate testing, ensuring execution to your plan.Work with the cross-functional team to respond to and recover from any failures that occur.Report results of testing and recommend design improvements as appropriate.Juggle more than one test program at a time and track changing schedules and priorities.Design test fixtures.Assess environmental compliance of off the shelf components.Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.Performs other duties as assigned.We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.
