ENERCON's Nuclear Service Group is seeking an Engineering Site Lead for North Anna Nuclear Power Plant location in Mineral, VA. This position provides daily interactions with the Client and the ENERCON offices.
Responsibilities Preparing and/or reviewing design change packages and other engineering deliverablesCoordinating attendance at design review meetingsCoordinating site deliverable reviews and approvalsPerforming/assisting with walk-downs and data gatheringTracking project schedules and resource loadingPerforming pre-job safety briefsDeveloping/identifying new business opportunitiesLeading weekly client interface/project status meetings and providing other on-site support, as needed Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering (related degrees or experience will be considered)Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in nuclear power or heavy industryStrong communication skillsProject Management experience beneficialDesign Engineering or field experience beneficialAbility to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to company and client policiesAbility to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites#LI-SH7
