Responsibilities:
•Resource for Maintenance, Engineering and Finance teams concerning all fixed asset processes
• Ensure the accuracy of the Champaign fixed asset list
• Coordinate and manage annual fixed asset cycle count procedures
• Ensure compliance and develop procedures for Champaign related Asset disposals
• Support Engineering with asset disposals associated with capital appropriations requests (CAR)
• Support Engineering/Maintenance to confirm obsoleted spare parts are included in CARs
• Support Engineering with the CAR closing process
• Support Engineering/Maintenance with the removal of documentation after equipment is disposed
• Coordinate equipment transfers or sales
• Support Engineering and Maintenance on KHMS
• Continue to improve, document and train employees on Champaign fixed asset procedures
• Ensure SAP compliance and process workflows for all asset movements
• Ensure CWIP capitalization workflows are accurate and being processed timely
