Hughes has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level ECAD Engineer. This position will be located at our headquarters in Germantown, MD.

Responsibilities:

Create circuit board layouts and routing solutions for Satellite Modem electronics

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of circuit design and schematic captureFamiliarity with High-Speed Circuit design techniquesUnderstanding of Return path, power distribution, grounding, and signal integrity.Experience using ECAD tools to design circuit boards

Will be eligible for discretionary bonus, with funding based on company performance.
