Job Summary
Responsibilities
Provides expert solutions to complex end-user functional issues in supported services with a robust understanding of solution functionality and interdependencies with other systems.Configures the applications to support new and evolving business needs and requirements by mapping the current state to target state in a team environment involving cross-functional groups.Partners with key stakeholders to evaluate, develop, setup, test and implement new functionality, business processes and procedures.Performs business process analyses, stakeholder analyses, needs assessments, and cost/benefits analyses.Configures, tests, deploys and manages integrations, data load rules, dimensions, forms and reports across the suite of products.Identifies process improvement and automation opportunities and recommends enhancements to existing automation, integration solutions and new functionalities.Has solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and uses good understanding of applicable business processes, systems, and industry requirements.Develops expert-level understanding of cross-platform integrations.Participates in requirements gathering with stakeholders and works with other developers and application analysts to engineer solutions.Ensures audit procedures and controls are followed and recommends improvements to the audit control environment.Analyzes monthly application releases identifying new enhancements with high potential for business process improvement.Tests new releases and stays current on application changes.Supports improvement of user adoption through training and mentoring.Maintains thorough documentation of Oracle EPM configurations, processes, and procedures.Creates user guides and manuals to facilitate the onboarding of new users and the ongoing use of the system.Stays informed about updates and new features in Oracle ERP EPM modules.Ensures that Oracle EPM configurations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Coordinates and monitors security measures to safeguard financial data and maintain data integrity.Configures and maintains Oracle EPM modules to align with business requirements and financial best practices.Collaborates with extended IT teams to ensure the proper integration of EPM modules with other Enterprise applications.Investigates, analyzes and resolves day-to-day technical problems using standard procedures.Performs code testing on components and works to ensure that appropriate implementation standards are met. Evaluates design alternatives for development cost and solutions using various methods.Performs other related work as needed.

Background in higher education or nonprofit industry.4+ years of experience in Oracle application with EPM module.Certifications:
Oracle Cloud certification.Technical Skills or Knowledge:
Financial systems and financial process design.Experience with tier-1 enterprise resource planning systems.Evaluating financial process controls.Query tools.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.Data analysis and reporting.Working with multiple teams, coordinate requirement gathering, and report on daily activities.Creating and maintaining financial reports and dashboards.Understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.Knowledge of databases and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Preferred Competencies
