Own and develop the Group’s ESG reporting framework. 2. Implement and continuously enhance ESG reporting processes and systems, including professional and technical deployment of an ESG tool. 3. Prepare and consolidate the Group’s annual ESG reporting across 30+ entities in full compliance with current and emerging regulations. 4. Manage the smooth running of ESG reporting processes from initial submission through to the auditor’s certificate. 5. Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated IFRS figures. 6. Support in the implementation of best-in-class accounting processes that can scale up to a 500 million USD revenue state. 7. Partner with the accounting team of one of our subsidiaries in delivering the monthly IFRS reporting submissions. Your Profile - What you bring : 1. At least 3 years of experience in corporate/group accounting at all levels, ideally combined with relevant work experience in Sustainability Reporting on Corporate level. Professional experience in an auditing firm is an advantage. 2. Strong IFRS accounting skills and a relevant university degree (BSc., Msc.) in Business Administration or Economics. 3. An inspiring individual who believes that accounting and sustainability reporting can have a significant and long-term impact on our business success. 4. A strategic and creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 5. Pragmatism and a strong hands-on mentality with profound IFRS accounting knowledge make you a finance professional that brings our ESG reporting to a new level. 6. A solutions-oriented and intellectually curious mindset, scoping projects and seeking fast results always looking to expand your horizons. 7. Experience with data management and financial consolidation tools (ideally IBM Cognos TM1) is highly desirable. 8. Profound IT skills (especially MS Excel), first experience with ESG tools is advantageous. 9. Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills. What we Offer – Your Benefits: 1.
