Executive Administrator - Active Secret Clearance
Position Summary

Work you’ll do 

Deliver strategic and programmatic support to the client as they navigate major organizational and system transitions to complete Campaign Plan activities to meet the Readiness mission.Produce briefing slides, metric charts, program schedules, and organizational charts.

Qualifications 

Required: 

Bachelor’s degree required 2+ years’ of executive administrative experienceMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future ActiveSecret security clearance required Ability to travel 25% or more based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve 

Preferred: 

Experience in organizational effectiveness optimization, including management of business process improvement initiativesProficient in MS Office (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Access and Adobe Acrobat)Task management systems(e.g., Enterprise Task Management System Solution (ETMS2), or equivalent.Development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, instructions, and trainingsProvide executive level trainings on client related systemsAbility to make administrative and procedural decisions on sensitive, confidential issuesManage travel logistics, calendar management, scheduling, communications, printing, and other ad hoc, general office support tasks for client leadershipProvide technical support, report automation/analytics, and building dashboards is highly desiredSupport logistics for onboarding/offboarding personnelCoordinate pre, day-of, and post logistics for large and small-scale eventsEffectively and efficiently execute on quick turn tasks for client leadershipStrong project management skills, business writing skills, communication skills, and keen attention to detail
