The Executive Director ensures effective management and leadership, the application and implementation of established policies and procedures, and administration either directly or through delegation of all its operating elements. The Executive Director ensures that programs and services are responsive to community needs, are of the highest quality, and are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations

 

This impactful leadership position is responsible for the administrative supervision of licensed programs and the implementation of the strategic plan of the organization to provide quality service lines. This position requires PA IDD residential experience.

 

This team member is an active leader who develops, plans, and implements strategies, objectives, goals and standards. They will manage staffing, budgeting, expense priorities, and approve changes to methods and practices.

 

The Executive Director will be passionate about leading hands-on-operations, fostering growth, and working hard to make a difference.
