Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY: To provide organizational and general office support for the Administrative office with a high degree of independence, initiative, judgment and decisiveness. Over see administrative support staff to ensure fluidity of the office. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Project & Process Management Support includes but may not be limited to: -Oversees complaint and compliance allegations that come into the Administrative office; initial intake, investigation and notifying appropriate parties and oversee resolution. Process to include follow-up to the complaintent and record keeping for Stella Maris. Participates in compliance calls and initiatives as needed. -Support the Administration office with matters involving risk including, but not limited to security concerns, quality issues, customer service investigations, etc. -Coordinates facility-wide construction and/refresh projects to include- recording keeping of the meetings; identifying communication channels, takes initiative to think thru processes and who/what is impacted; keeps Executive Director and SVP of Operations informed of status. -Personal liaision to Executive Director and SVP of Administration for project management; including but not limited to organizing the process and discemenination of communication to regulatory agencies , working with Mercy IT and communicating to key staff on status of project, etc. - Functions as the Administrative support for the ED and SVP of operations, schedules appointments, arranges conferences, meetings, travel and maintains calendar. - Designs, follows, and monitors systems and processes to organize data logically for retrieval and to assure follow-up (tickler) for assigned projects. Suggests improvements in existing processes and implements these improvements. Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred Notary Public preferred
