Experience Design Lead

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Experience Design Lead** to join our team. This is a **remote** opportunity.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ User research and analysis: Develop user research plans and conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
+ Customers experience design: Develop CX assets for programs, including archetypes, mood boards, journey maps, roadmaps, service design blueprints, and other material
+ Product design: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and enhancements across our digital products.
+ Brand development: Develop visual identify and brand material as required.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
+ Stay up to date: Maintain knowledge of current experience design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
+ Customer engagement: Lead customer workshops and design thinking sessions to envision new product features.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering
+ 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a visual designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and results. In the Federal Government
+ Design tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
+ User-centered approach: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience designing complex user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on intuitive interactions and user flows.
+ Visual design: Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and a good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
+ Prototyping: Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Principle to create interactive prototypes for usability testing.
+ User research: Familiarity with conducting user research, including usability testing, A/B testing, and user interviews.
+ Agile environment: Experience working in an agile development environment.
**Security Clearance Requirements:**
US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clear
