LC Staffing is hiring for a local construction company that is expanding and ready to add more motivated individuals into the family.

Pay: $25 to $30/hour depending on experience

Benefits: Competitive starting wages Health insurance Opportunities for continued education from within the company Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and installing structures and fixtures according to project specifications Interpret and follow construction blueprints, plans, and drawings to ensure precise execution of carpentry work Take accurate measurements and calculate the dimensions needed for projects, ensuring precision and compliance with design specifications Select and procure appropriate materials, tools, and equipment for each project, and manage them efficiently on-site Adhere to all safety regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and clean working environment for yourself and your team Identify and resolve carpentry-related issues that may arise during construction, ensuring the quality and integrity of the final product Work closely with other team members, such as contractors, builders, and project managers, to ensure the seamless execution of construction projects Requirements: 1-2 years experience Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
