Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Fabrication Technician in Fulton, Mississippi. **Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 4=2:30pm (overtime as needed)** Ferguson is seeking a Fabrication Technician to join our team! **Responsibilities** + Setup and maintain fusion equipment machines in the shop for pipe fabrication + Operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures + Take CAD drawings and create PPR piping spools according to dimensions and orientation + Be responsible for quality and ensure fabrication pieces are correct + Willingness to be a team player and follow all safety procedures + Supports fabrication and product assembly as determined by work order specifications. + Retrieves correct materials and stores work supplies in an organized manner, moving loose or bundled piping or other materials between locations as required. + Assists with data entry and the updating and storage of documentation and records. + Maintains condition of work area ensuring satisfactory standards of cleanliness. + Follows all established standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines for fabrication. + Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements. + Regular and reliable attendance. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + Prior Fabrication experience is strongly preferred + Experience and training in operating machinery according to OSHA regulations + Experience using fusion equipment a plus + The ability to thrive in an inclusive environment within a fabrication team Ferguson is dedicated to providing meaningful benefits programs and products to our associates and their families—geared toward benefits, wellness, financial protection, and retirement savings.
