MMC Group Services is seeking candidates for the following position based in Warsaw office:

Facilities Administrator

We will count on you to:

Ensuring smooth operation of the reception

Overseeing and maintaining flow of information

Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence

Recording and sending invoices and demands for payment

Booking travel arrangements and accommodation for MMC GS employees

Conference room booking and managing AV equipment in conference rooms

Support of the Facility Management Team in Proximo office

Cooperation with building administrator, technical building service and cleaning services

Quality control of the services and facilities

Supervision of external deliveries and orders – stationery, food supplies, etc. as well as their distribution

Locker management – organizing the layout of employee lockers, supporting locker relocation, assigning lockers to employees, and then dealing with the disposal of them

What you need to have:

Spoken and written knowledge of Polish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)

Attention to detail

Problem-solving attitude

Can-do attitude

Ability to build a relationship with colleagues

Fast learning capabilities

What makes you stand out:

Experience in office administration,  mailroom or reception

Very good literacy of MS Office (especially Excel)
