As Field Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations within an assigned region, to include, overseeing the Area Supervisors and Butlers. You will be the driving force in operational excellence and customer satisfaction throughout your assigned apartment communities. As the Field Quality Manager, you will directly with our Area Supervisors and our frontline employees. You will successfully manage your time between recruiting, hiring, interviewing, training, payroll, conducting client visits, and overseeing of the remote workforce who supervises and services our communities.

Your primary function in this role will be to ensure that nightly trash pick-up is completed by your team per schedule to 100% satisfaction of our Clients! As we grow and bring on new communities, the Field Quality Manager will also coordinate with the field team to ensure a successful rollout and service launch.

 Schedule: Sunday-ThursdayDays: Flexibility in schedule; Weekend coverage as needed to make sure service is executedPay:$55,000 plus 10% bonus   BENEFITS OF THE ROLE:Incentive Program: 10% annually based on base salary divided into 4 quartersCompetitive Wage; annual salary of $55,000Eligible for company sponsored benefits (health, dental and vision)Truck Stipend Included

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for District P&LResponsible for submitting semi-monthly payrollResponsible for participating in the identifying, selection, hiring, onboarding and training of Area Supervisors and Butlers for assigned region, and assist in other regions in territory under the TOM’s guidanceResponsible for ensuring communities are fully staffedResponsible for the execution of nightly service and providing on call support to the field teamResponsible for the onboarding and training of all new area supervisors in all regionsResponsible for continuing education for all team membersResponsible for conduct on-site quality reviews of team to ensure expectations are metResponsible for monitoring and analyzing service levels and trends to identify areas of opportunityResponsible for meeting with the property management team regularly to build relationships and ensure expectations are consistently being metResponsible for hosting and attending resident events at communitiesResponsible for onboarding new communitiesResponsible for attending weekly meetings with management, HR, recruiting, etc.Responsible for ensuring all SOPs are being followed by all team membersResponsible for responding to customer service calls during the evening hoursManage workforce inventory/supplies, including Butler Uniform, Tote Bags, Etc.Will be responsible for multiple communitiesOther duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Associates Degree preferred or workforce experienceMinimum of 2-5 years management experienceExperience managing a remote workforce of up to 50 who work 5-7 days a week: roughly 2-3 hours per dayEmployee relations experience as it relates to hiring and managementExperience in multi-site operationsExperience providing customer serviceExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong planning, time management and organizational skillsStrong work ethic and quality improvement orientationStrong interpersonal skills: ability to build trust and rapport and effectively communicate with co-workers, employees and customersSelf-motivated and resourcefulAbility to work independentlyCollaborative/team playerMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsEmbody our core values: Building leaders, Always branding, Fun, enthusiastic team environment, Listen, fulfill & delightMust have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance with good driving recordMust be comfortable working in an outdoor setting and walking the distance of a propertyMust be able to lift up to 50lbs, bend at waist/knees and lift bag over shoulder, climb up/down stairs, drive for periods of timeFlexibility to be on call during daytime and evening hours and adapt to changing prioritiesFlexibility to periodically travel out of state as needed
