Job Summary:

 

Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain all oversite of porters and matronsAssign tasks to workers based on job requirements or special assignmentsPerform quality control to conform with Harvard and customer standardsTrain new and existing staff on proper cleaning techniquesEnsure proper safety equipment and techniques are utilized and adhered toOrder and issue supplies and equipmentCheck work ticketsResponsible for general equipment maintenanceManage general cleaning Knowledge and Skill Requirements High School DiplomaMinimum of 3 years’ experience in the cleaning/janitorial fieldPrevious Supervisory experience preferredValid state driver’s licenseMust be able to communicate in EnglishMust be able to write basic business documents Compensation
