Description
We are seeking detail-oriented, organized individuals to conduct comprehensive audits of client files for our Interim Housing and Permanent Housing Programs. These temporary positions will help ensure program compliance, data accuracy, and completeness of documentation, including actively obtaining missing information to bring files to audit-ready status. Key Responsibilities Review client files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with program requirements and regulations Identify missing documents and information gaps in client records Actively acquire missing information and documentation to bring files to audit-ready status Follow up with appropriate staff or departments to obtain required documentation Ensure all files meet compliance standards before final audit Verify that all required signatures, dates, and forms are properly completed Document audit findings in a clear, systematic format Maintain detailed tracking logs of reviewed files and identified issues Organize and update physical and/or electronic files as needed Prepare summary reports of audit findings Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information Adhere to all organizational policies regarding privacy and data securit
