Finance Excellence TOM Consulting Manager

Are you a Consulting Manager with Finance Transformation experience?

We are looking for a Consulting Manager to join our new Financial Excellence Consulting Team at NHS SBS!

In this exciting new role, you will work closely with NHS clients to transform their finance departments and you will deliver on the next generation of the integrated single financial environment (ISFE) system!

You will lead on strategic service re design and target operating model design, shaping solutions for clients.

This role will be hybrid, with some travel to client sites and NHS SBS offices across the UK. 

What you'll be doing:

Lead and deliver on medium assignment, projects, pre-sales and proposalsWork with clients to identify and shape the new finance transformation opportunitiesHelp departments to assess their operating model, capability, operations and technologyClient engagementSupport on shaping overall solutions

What you’ll bring:

NHS finance experienceUnderstanding of constraints within NHS finance departmentsTarget Operating Model (TOM) experienceClient facing consulting experienceStrong change management skillsTeam management experience

It would be great if you had:

AAT, CIMA, ACA or relevant degree

Salary: Up to £70k per annum dependent on experience
