Job Description:                                                   

·         Coordinating Form PF, AIFMD Annex IV, and Solvency II quarterly reporting with the BXCI Finance, Marketing and Legal teams

·         Overseeing external administrator delivery of all regulatory reporting

·         Designing processes to critically review the delivery of all reporting prior to sending to regulatory agencies or other end-user.

·         Daily monitoring of performance and portfolio characteristics for any deviations which would require immediate reporting to regulatory agencies

·         Assisting in aggregation of data needed for annual Form ADV and Annual Form PF.

·         Onboarding of new regulatory reporting requirements effective in 2025.

·         Designing new processes to streamline the aggregation of portfolio characteristics and risk metrics needed for regulatory reporting.

·         Calculating and monitoring performance returns and benchmarks for BXCI Private and Liquid Credit mandates.

·         Reconciliation of return data to external administrator and dissemination to senior Blackstone executives.

·         Assisting with ad hoc projects and system implementation, as necessary

·         Leading the implementation of proprietary software used to generate fund summary of performance metrics across BXC/BIS Alternatives platform which will provide real time performance metrics to senior level executives

Qualifications:                  

·         3+ years’ experience in Operations, Accounting, or Finance group

·         Strong Excel skills preferred

·         Regulatory Reporting experience preferred

·         Experience in the financial services and/or insurance industries preferred

·         Strong attention to detail and highly organized

·         A strong work ethic and a positive attitude

·         Results oriented, deadline driven resource person who thrives in a dynamic environment.

·         Independent worker / self-starter

Expected annual base salary range:

$100,000 - $140,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
