ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of Finance - Function Management.

Reports to: Area Revenue Growth Mgr

Reporting Level: Senior Level

Geographic Scope: Mexico

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Preparing various analytical and management reporting for business in a timely and accurate mannerProvide insights, and explain the story behind the numbersPreparation of regular forecast & annual budget, planning and analysisAssist with commercial aspects of the business such as pricing, market and competitor analysisSupport ad-hoc financial reports and projects as assigned, including new business opportunities or initiativesThe role will require an individual who constantly strives to contribute as a partner to the business and looks for continuous improvementDeveloping robust arguments which support key investment decisions across commercial areasDelivering monthly financial forecasting including variance analysis which identify key drivers of financial performance and areas of opportunitiesIdentifying and driving continuous improvement across key financial processes

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business, or a related fieldFinal year students (expected graduation date on mid 2024) or fresh graduates (graduation from December 2021 to January 2024)No more than to 2 years of professional experience (internships will be considered)Advanced English proficiencyExcellent MS excel skills Global mobility

BENEFICIAL

1 year of experience in FinanceExperience with SAP and/ or Power BI High academic performance, extracurricular activities and international experience
