**Job Description:** TTI Power Equipment, Inc, a subsidiary of TTI, has an opening in our Anderson, SC office for a **Finance Manager** . This position is responsible for the financial and analytical support of the Consumer Power Tools distribution & operations. This position will report to our Operations Controller and will play a key role in executing daily workflows / analysis. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package -- tuition assistance, 401(k), medical/dental/vision coverage, vacation, and holidays. **Responsibilities:** + Prepare month-end close accruals and journal entries + Prepare month-end reporting package (provide analysis and comments for MPV, work order, cycle counts, OCOGS, etc.) + Involved in the process of releasing standard costs + Prepare and present balance sheet / key account reconciliations + Conduct specific OCOGS analysis and review findings with key stakeholders + Assist our Product Development / Manufacturing groups in performing BOM comparison to understand the cost change and key variances vs. expectations + Partner with other business unit departments on ad-hoc projects to estimate ROI and cost effectiveness of key decisions + Assist in preparation of quarterly executive Operations Review packages **Preferred Skills / Experience:** + Strong analytical skills + Critical thinking and decision-making skills + Proactive approach to work + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Flexible and adaptive to change + Self-starter and results oriented **Technical Skills/Experience:** + Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field + 5+ years' finance and accounting experience - preferably for a large corporation + Experience leading / managing projects highly desired + Strong proficiency Microsoft Excel required + Detail oriented with strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement + Team-oriented with ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional and positive manner + Previous SAP and Hyperion experience is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled We endeavor to make this site accessible to any and all users.
