Job Description Summary

Assists the Financial Accounting Manager in the departments day to day activities and maintains the general ledger system, providing all necessary financial statements and management reports. Maintains confidentiality of all related information and documentation.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

Assists Financial Accounting Manager in all aspects of the Financial Accounting Departmentoperations. Coordinates the reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis. Maintains and balances the general ledger and coordinates the preparation of all necessary journalentries as required. Maintains records for fixed assets. Assigns special projects to accounting staff as needed. Knowledge and assumption of all other Accounting Department functions. Provides excellent guest service.
