Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Knoxville, Tennessee. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, reporting to the VP of FP & A, and will be instrumental in providing financial analysis for up to 600 departments. This role falls within the finance industry, with a focus on financial analysis, KPI reporting, and accounting functions. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to ensure fiscal stability and growth • Collaborate with the management team on special projects requiring financial insight • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision making • Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions • Utilize Data Mining Techniques to analyze and interpret financial data • Oversee the Profit and Loss (P& L) statements for various departments to ensure financial accuracy • Maintain and update income statements to reflect accurate financial status • Leverage tools such as Power BI to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
