Financial Analyst - Fox North America
Job Description

This position offers a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced finance contributor to play a key role in managing and securing the financial success of Fox Head North America. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Financial Analyst is a key business partner to the North American region. This role is not merely about planning and reporting, but critically about enabling and ensuring profitable and cash-strong growth by working closely with all members of the global finance team, every day, to influence results and drive accountability.

As the Financial Analyst – Fox North America, your mission is to partner with in-region leadership providing financial support to drive productivity and drive key decision making. From monthly and quarterly forecasting to long range planning, you’ll be working closely with counterparts in the sales operations, demand planning and product management teams to ensure we have the right data to drive decisions.

This position is based out of our Irvine office.  

As the Financial Analyst, you will have an opportunity to:

Assist in preparation of annual budget and monthly forecast; Collaborate cross functionally in planning for financials and key metricsPartner closely with the accounting and functional teams on month-end close and accruals to ensure accuracy of the financial resultsPrepare monthly variance analysis of OPEX; Understand, analyze, and report on key variances between actuals and forecastPrepare daily, weekly, monthly reporting packages; track KPIs to monitor key business trendsDevelop ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision making

You have:

Bachelor's Degree with preferred emphasis in Finance or Accounting2+ years’ experience in finance, accounting, or related areaStrong knowledge of Excel; financial modeling experience is a plusProven track record of problem-solving, quantitative and analytical skills, and critical thinkingRigorous attention to detail while being able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work cross functionally; Ability to sense check data for accuracyCritical thinking and problem-solving ability while synthesizing findings from analysis and drawing conclusionsAbility to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervisionFamiliarity with SAP is a plus

Pay Range:

$64,500.00 - $96,700.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
