What You Will Do:

The ideal candidate demonstrates a passion and propensity for project management, process optimization, and critical thinking and problem-solving. This role requires attention to detail, a high level of organization, analytic thinking, strong communication skills, and flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

Structuring creative approaches to solve discrete problemsUtilizing flexibility and collaboration to prioritize and complete consultative tasksProactively offering value-added recommendations to achieve strategic objectives and supporting overall contract goals, supporting day to day contract operationsBuilding strong relationships with federal clients, providing white glove service to key program stakeholdersEmploying strong written and verbal communication skillsDeveloping quantitative and qualitative reports and briefings in layman’s terms quicklySupporting process standardization and optimizationIdentifying opportunities to improve project management office (PMO) efficiency, effectiveness, and qualityAligning project portfolio with business strategies, target architecture, and budget


What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree1 or more years of full-time professional experience working on projects in a large organizationUS CitizenshipAbility to obtain a Public Trust ClearanceMust not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Background or experience with loan programs, loan servicing, payment functions, etc.Industry standard project management certifications (PMP, CSM, etc).Familiarity or experience with Agile methodologyMaster’s degree in Business, Policy, or Government

The annual salary range for this position is $71,800.00-$107,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
