THE JOB

It is the primary duty of a Retail Sales Associate II to provide our Guests with exceptional guest service, maintain a consistent brand  standard and a comfortable shopping experience. 

STARTING PAY RATE: $17 plus commission

DAY-TO-DAY

Engage all guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW MomentsAssist guests with their needs and drive salesMaintain a sales focused culture to achieve store goalsMaintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease  of shoppingOwn the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail ManagementFollow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures

THE RQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STANDOUT

Experience In Luxury retailKnowlege in Jewlery and high-end watchesSix (6) months Cash Handling experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Has knowledge in Jewlery and high-end watchesMaintain a high level of Collaboration inside and outside of the Retail DivisionAbility to operate a Retail POS systemExperience in building customer relationships and the ability to maintain and grow a client bookAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsExcellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular  attention to detailExcellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
