JOB SUMMARY
The Fiscal Management Services Quality Assurance Analyst assists Consumer Direct Care Network with reviewing applicable rules and regulations, updating policies and procedures, and assessing process flow as requirements and systems/tools change. In addition, they conduct advanced reporting and oversight activities. The FMS QA Analyst is also responsible for handling complex projects and providing direct support to senior leadership on projects, as needed. JOB DETAILS
Correspond with internal individuals including the FEA Team, CGE Team and Program Offices Provide IT with business requirements to aid in system configuration and improvement Promote cohesiveness in the office environment Support day‐to‐day operations and client advocacy Collaborate with stakeholders regarding delivery of services, as needed, based on program requirements Effective written and verbal communication Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures Conduct advanced reporting and oversight activities Demonstrate dependability Demonstrate effective problem solving and decision‐making skills Exhibit computer efficiency and Excel skills Handle complex special projects Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate workflow Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects Participate in professional development and training activities Prioritize and multitask effectively Knowledgeable about specific program requirements Provide direct support to senior leadership on projects as needed Provide customer service support for escalated issues Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS
5 years previous experience in the FEA industry preferred Bachelor’s Degree preferred Previous office experience preferred Combination of education and experienceIf working remotely, employee must provide their own reliable internet The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
